Lost & Found
The Campus Security manages lost and found items within the campus. Items will be kept at the Campus Security for one month before being handed over to the Police.
Report loss of items
Students who have lost their belongings on the campus may lodge a report with Campus Security located at Level 1 Li Ka Shing Library or any building security counter located at Level 1 of the each building.

Found items
If you wish to check whether your item(s) have been found, please contact the Security Command Centre for more details.

If you find something
If you know the owner, you may, circumstances permitting, return the item directly to the owner or the issuing department.
Otherwise, please hand over any found items to Campus Security located at Level 1 Li Ka Shing Library (Tel: 6828 0343) or any security counter located at Level 1 of SMU Administration or School buildings.
You are advised not to keep a found item, as this would be misappropriating property that may result in formal investigations.
If you have reason/s to believe that you are a victim of theft or misappropriation of property , you can seek the assistance of Campus Security or the Police immediately.
