SMU Swing Space - Lazada One
Please note:
- There are refurbishment works in progress and impacted areas includes Dean's Office, Faculty Rooms, Admin Offices and Meeting Rooms.
- The Deans Offices, Faculty Rooms and Admin offices have been temporarily relocated to Lazada One, Level 7 & 10.
- Temporary Meeting rooms will be available for use at SMU Concourse (SCIS 1) from 3 Aug 2026.
Lazada One (Level 7 & 10)

Bras Basah Station (CC2) Exit E
1. Take the escalator up at Bras Basah MRT (CC2) Exit E.
2. Turn left to the Lazada One building.
3. Enter the building via the corridor behind the drop-off point.
4. Walk straight and through the glass doors.
5. Walk straight, then turn left to Lazada One’s Main Lift Lobby.
6. Enter Lazada One via the gantry.
The Security Counter is on the other side of the Main Lobby.
Bencoolen Station (DT21) Exit B
1. Take the escalator up at Bencoolen MRT (DT21) Exit B.
2. Turn left to face the Bras Basah Road.
3. Turn left again to face the Lazada One building.
4. Cross the road to Lazada One building.
5. Enter the Lazada One building via the entrance next to the food court.
6. Walk along the corridor next to the food court.
7. Continue walking, then turn right at Lazada One’s Main Lift Lobby.
8. Enter Lazada One via the gantry.
The Security Counter is on the other side of the Main Lobby.
Bencoolen Stn Exit B (Stop ID: 08069)
1. Alight at Bencoolen Station Exit B Bus Stop (Stop ID: 08069). Turn left to face Bencoolen Street and walk towards the traffic junction.
2. Cross the road to the Lazada One building.
3. Enter the Lazada One building via the entrance next to the food court.
4. Walk along the corridor next to the food court.
5. Continue walking, then turn right at Lazada One’s Main Lift Lobby.
6. Enter Lazada One via the gantry.
The Security Counter is on the other side of the Main Lobby.
Opp Bencoolen Stn Exit B (Stop ID: 04019)
1. Alight Opposite Bencoolen Station Exit B Bus Stop (Stop ID: 04019). Enter the Lazada One building via the entrance next to the food court.
2. Walk along the corridor next to the food court.
3. Continue walking, then turn right at Lazada One’s Main Lift Lobby.
4. Enter Lazada One via the gantry.
The Security Counter is on the other side of the Main Lobby.
Lazada One (Carpark access via Lor Payah)
1. From Waterloo Street, keep left and turn into Lor Payah.
2. Continue straight along Lor Payah.
3. Car park entrance is up ahead.
4. Enter the carpark and go to Level 2 or 3.
5. Locate the lift lobby and take the lift down to level 1.
6. At level 1, exit the carpark lift lobby to the main lift lobby outside.
7. Enter Lazada One via the gantry.
The Security Counter is on the other side of the Main Lobby.
Lazada One (access via Waterloo St)
1. Enter the building via the corridor behind the drop-off point.
2. Walk straight and through the glass doors.
3. Walk straight, then turn left to Lazada One’s Main Lift Lobby.
4. Enter Lazada One via the gantry.
