SATISFACTION INDEX OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TOWARDS THEIR SCHOOL DROPS

The Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) [conducted by the SMU Institute of Service Excellence] revealed that satisfaction level towards universities had fallen by 4 per cent, with respondents less satisfied with the quality of lecturers and administrative procedures. When contacted, NUS and NTU said that they focus on providing quality education and collect student feedback on a regular basis.
