The ISES also gathered input from over 11,000 people for the transport and logistics as well as the public education and private education sectors. Overall, customers reported more satisfaction across the three sectors with the public education sector showing the strongest improvement. Students at NUS were found to be most satisfied, followed closely by their peers at SMU and NTU.
