On more restaurants putting a price on tap water, Institute of Service Excellence at SMU Director Ms Caroline Lim said that customers here have come to expect complimentary water when they dine, and consider it a must-have in restaurants. She urged restaurants to make clear their water policy from the start by stating clearly the price of serving water on their menus.
