The conference, to be held at SMU and the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre over July 23 and 24 will bring together thought leaders from across Asia to discuss and debate trends shaping the service industry. They include industry practitioners, employees of government agencies, and well-known academics who have consulted for businesses and governments.
