Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) Director Caroline Lim said that all key drivers of satisfaction tracked by the CSISG - expectations, value and quality - contributed to the outstanding performance. One specific reason could be the airport's "unwavering commitment to service excellence and a focus on long term results", she said. "This commitment and focus is required of the service provider as well as the service provider's partners and suppliers." The CSISG is commissioned by ISES.
