Synopsis
ARCIALA has co-organized a workshop with O.P. Jindal Global University and Renmin University of China, both of which are leading universities in India and China respectively. The joint workshop focuses on the topic of “Innovation, Economic Development and IP in India and China” and will take place in New Delhi on September 27 and 28, 2016. The workshop will feature a number of Asian academics and lawyers, well-versed in issues of IP and innovation in India, China and Singapore. In particular, panels in the workshop will address topics such as state innovation and IPR policy, open innovation in the sharing economy, IP issues in the film industry in India and China, software industry and pharmaceutical industry.
