OCS is proud to introduce the SMU OnTRAC System, a web-based, user-friendly and interactive system to facilitate programmes in T raining, R ecruitment, A ttachment and C ommunity Service participation. Employers and applicants have expeditious online access, matching seekers to the right talents and opportunities.
