American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham) has made a meaningful commitment to support academic excellence in Singapore by establishing the AmCham Scholarship at SMU, commencing with an endowed donation of $100,000.
The proceeds of the donation will be used to fund the AmCham Scholarship, awarded to a first year Bachelor of Business Management undergraduate of outstanding character with proven leadership qualities as well as good academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities and a demonstrated interest in business. The Scholarship, valued at up to $6,000 per year, is open to Singapore citizens or permanent residents and is tenable for the full duration of studies up to four years, subject to good academic performance. No bond is required under the terms of this Scholarship.
