Student Computer Account
On matriculation day, you will receive a package on the IT resources and services provided to all students. The package will include your student computer account and password for you to access the IT resources of the University such as:
- High-speed Internet and Intranet access
- Wireless access on campus
- Access to SMU network outside campus through VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Email, Internet newsgroup and personal Web hosting
- Networked printing facilities and network storage space
- Installation of standard software
- A teaching and learning Web portal
- OASIS student portal for a host of student information and services such as online course bidding and personal particulars via: https://oasis.smu.edu.sg
