For Local/SPR Students

Matriculation Procedures

  1. Station 1 - Collect registration form & activities checklist

  2. Station 2 - Make fee payment (Singaporean or SPR) & submit financial documents

  3. Station 3 - Verify Original Identification Documents & Medical Report
    (*Important, no matriculation without original IDs & Medical Report!)

  4. Station 4 – Apply for financial assistance / waiver tests via OASIS before deadlines, if applicable.

  5. Station 5 – Take Photo & Collect Student Card

  6. Visit all other booths and attend workshops/talks
(Note: Station 3 - 5 is not applicable for previously matriculated NSMen)
* Note: Student will not be matriculated if the following original documents are not produced:

- Official Identification Documents

- Medical Report

- We will not send out any Matriculation Package by post. You will need to print out the necessary forms (available online), to be submitted on matriculation day.
