Matriculation Procedures

1. Station 1 - Collect registration form & activities checklist

2. Station 2 - Make fee payment & submit financial documents

3. Station 3 - Verify Original Identification Documents & Medical Report
   (*Important, no matriculation without original IDs & Medical Report!)

4. Station 4 – Apply for financial assistance / waiver tests via OASIS before deadlines, if applicable

5. Station 5 – Take Photo & Collect Student Card

6. ICA Booth – To submit Medical Report, Passport-sized photographs, copy of the bio-data page of the Passport, In-Principal-Approval Letter & Form 16
   (Note: ICA only accept NETS or CashCard payment for student pass)
   
   
7. Visit all other booths and attend workshops/talks
