Centre for Asset Securitisation and Management in Asia
 

The Centre for Asset Securitisation and Management in Asia (CASA) intends to be a world-class research centre in asset management, real estate finance and financial economics, with a special emphasis on securitsation, and broader coverage of asset securitsation and management in Asia. Its primary goals are:

  • to enhance our understanding of asset markets and how they are impacted by the local and global financing conditions,
  • to investigate various forms of asset securitisation and to propose practical and applied securitisation models for the future,
  • to promote future academic research and to assist practitioners in asset market development, financing and  risk management activities in Asia,
  • to evolve its research activities into covering asset securitization and management in Asia.
