Synopsis

This Symposium is presented by the Centre for Corporate and Investor Responsibility at the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics to discuss corporate governance in Singapore and regional markets. Leading scholars have been invited to share their views on corporate governance practices and to speak about their experience in launching governance indices for other countries in the region. The talk will be followed by a Panel Discussion featuring academicians and practitioners.
