The Deloitte & Touche International Exchange Scholarship
Fund is established by Deloitte & Touche LLP to assist
deserving local full-time Bachelor of Accountancy students
who wish to spend one semester in an overseas university.
The Scholarship Fund will provide a grant to enable BAcc
students who wish to spend one semester of studies abroad.
Six scholarships are awarded annually, each valued at
S$4,000.
Application
Application is open at the same time with invitation to
apply for participation in overseas exchange programme
to be announced by the Office of International Relations.
To qualify for the scholarship, students must meet the following
criteria:
- Full-time BAcc SMU undergraduates
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents
- Priority will be given to students with financial needs
- Cumulative GPA not less than 3.0.
- Have not been the subject of any disciplinary action
in SMU.
Tenure and Benefits of the Scholarship Award
- Each scholarship is valued at $4,000 for one semester
of studies abroad.
- No bond is required under the terms of this Scholarship.
The donor, however, hopes that recipients of this scholarship
would help another needy student when they have completed
their university education and have a steady income.
