the Scholarship is available to local Bachelor of Business
Management undergraduates studying full-time at the Singapore
Management University.
One scholarship is awarded annually and is tenable for
the duration of the scholar’s studies (up to four
years), subject to good academic performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time BBM undergraduates of SMU
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents
- Outstanding academic performance
- Excellent leadership qualities and character
- High co-curricular achievements
- A demonstrated interest in business
Tenure and Benefits of the Scholarship Award
- The Scholarship, valued at $6,000 per year, is tenable
for the duration of the scholar's studies (up to four
years), subject to good academic performance.
- No bond is required under the terms of this Scholarship.
Tuition Grant Scheme
- Scholars are required to take advantage of the Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) provided by the Singapore Government for subsidized education.
- Under the TGS, non-Singaporean scholars will be obligated to work in Singapore for a minimum period of three years upon graduation.
