Funded by Ebenezer NDT Services Pte Ltd, the Kim's Entrepreneur Scholarship is available to Lee Kong Chian School of Business undergraduates with a passion to pursue the entrepreneurial path. The Scholarship is aimed at encouraging enterprising students to pursue and nurture their business ideas.
One scholarship, valued at $3,000 and tenable for one year, will be awarded annually commencing Academic Year 2009-10.
Eligibility Criteria

Full-time undergraduates from the Lee Kong Chian School of Business
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

Possess good leadership skills, with keen interest in and knowledge of entrepreneurial activities
- Enterprising in outlook and of good character
- Priority will be given to applicants with a diploma from Singapore Polytechnic
Tenure and Benefits of the Scholarship

The Scholarship, valued at $3,000 per annum,
is tenable for one year.

No bond is required under the terms
of this Scholarship.

Recipients are required to take advantage
of the Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) provided by the Singapore
Government for subsidized education.

Under the TGS, non-Singaporean recipients will
be obligated to work in Singapore for a minimum period
of three years upon graduation.

Ebenezer NDT Services Pte Ltd, currently headed by Lawrence Kim, was incorporated in 1994. It is committed to providing quality technical inspections and testing services to customers, both locally and overseas, in the marine offshore and ship-building sectors. Ebenezer is an ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 company and has more than 20 staff.
Lawrence is a final year Business Management student at the Singapore Management University.
