The KhattarWong Scholarship in Law is available to outstanding local Bachelor of Laws undergraduates currently studying full-time at the Singapore Management University. The objective of the Scholarship is to spur full-time undergraduates at the School of Law to greater heights of academic excellence.

One scholarship is awarded annually and is tenable for one year.

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time SMU undergraduates of the School of Law, from any year of study
• Singapore Citizens or permanent residents
• Must demonstrate high standards in academic performance, co-curricular activities and community service pursuits

The Scholarship will only be given if there is a candidate of sufficient merit.

Tenure and Benefits of the Scholarship Award

• The Scholarship, valued at $12,000, is tenable for one year only.
• The Scholar shall have the privilege of serving a minimum of 10 weeks' internship with KhattarWong.
• No bond is required under the terms of this Scholarship.

Tuition Grant Scheme

Scholars are required to take advantage of the Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) provided by the Singapore Government for subsidized education.
