Accountancy-Law Major Award
 

Funded from the proceeds of an endowed gift by the Ong Angie Memorial Fund, the Accountancy-Law Major Award is given annually to a top graduating Bachelor of Accountancy student.

The Award will be presented at the SMU Commencement Ceremony.

Eligibility Criteria

The Award will be given annually to the top graduating Bachelor of Accountancy student who meets the following criteria:

  • A cumulative GPA of no less than 3.0 in the Bachelor of Accountancy programme.
  • The highest GPA for the 5 law modules comprising the law major, as follows:
    LGST201 Company Law and any 4 law electives

The Award will only be given if there is a candidate of sufficient merit.
