KhattarWong Prize For The Top Student in Corporate &
Commercial Law

 

Sponsored by KhattarWong, the KhattarWong Prize is given annually to the top student in Corporate & Commercial Law. The purpose of the Award is to motivate exceptional talents in the School of Law to achieve greater heights of academic excellence.

The Award will be presented at the SMU Convocation or Patron's Day Ceremony.

Eligibility Criteria

The Award will be given annually to the most outstanding student in the School of Law for the following Corporate & Commercial Law modules:

  • Commercial Conflict of Law
  • Contract Law I
  • Contract Law II
  • Legal Research and Writing
  • Law of Property
  • Law of Business Organisations; and
  • Corporate Law

The Award will only be given if there is a candidate of sufficient merit.
