The Eddie Chau SIS Outstanding Student Award is given annually to a student with outstanding results in the Advanced Information Security and Trust course. The award seeks to motivate students and spur them to greater heights of academic excellence.

The Award will be presented at the SMU Commencement Ceremony.

Eligibility Criteria

The Award will be given annually to an outstanding student in the Bachelor of Science (Information Systems Management) degree programme who meets the following requirements:

• Outstanding results in the Advanced Information Security and Trust course
• Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possesses innovative solutions to information security problems
