Programme Details
A) PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
This program consists of 2 parts – Executive Certificate in Directorship as well as Executive Diploma in Directorship. There are a total of 6 modules, which can be taken non-sequentially. Each certificate module is 3 days and is conducted in consecutive blocks of 1.5 day sessions spread over 2 weeks; whereas each diploma module is 2 days and is conducted consecutively in a week. Assessments will be conducted a week after the completion of each module. Upon successful completion of each module, participants will be presented with a certificate of completion.
Participants that complete Modules 1, 2 and 3 will be awarded the Executive Certificate in Directorship. Upon completion of all 6 modules, participants will be awarded an Executive Diploma in Directorship .
B) MODULE FEE
Modules 1-3
- SID members: $2,800 per module or $8,000 for all 3 modules
- Non-SID members: $3,200 per module or $9,200 for all 3 modules
* Modules 4-6
- SID members: $2,000 per module or $5,800 for all 3 modules
- Non-SID members: $2,400 per module or $7,000 for all 3 modules
This tuition fee is inclusive of tuition, course materials and examination fees but excludes goods and services tax.

F) TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Transfer requests must be received in writing. Requests received within 4 weeks of programme commencement date will incur a 5% (of programme fee) administrative charge.
G) CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing. The following charges apply for cancellations received:
- 4 weeks and prior to the course commencement : no charge
- 2 to 4 weeks prior to the course commencement : 30% of programme fee
- 1 to 2 weeks prior to the course commencement : 60% of programme fee
- Less than 1 week prior to the course commencement: 100% of programme fee
H) CERTIFICATE
To be awarded a Certificate of Completion, participants will need to attain at least 75% attendance for each module and obtain a pass for the respective examination.
