Yes, you will be prompted by the system to change your password every 90 days (approximately 3 months).
No, you cannot use the existing password.
Your password must consist of at least 6 alphanumeric characters. Although there is no physical limit to the length of your password, you may want to keep to a maximum of 14 alphanumeric characters.
Please seek help from the Helpdesk. You will be given a temporary password to access your account. After you have logged in, you will be prompted to change to a new password.
You are required to register first by using your Mobile Phone number.

If you have failed in more than 5 login attempts (for example, by supplying the wrong password), your computer account will be locked for security reasons. Please seek assistance from Helpdesk.
