UOB-SMU SME Management Development Series Jan – Dec 2008

You are invited to attend this annual series of seminars. The content of these seminars is topical and seeks to address the needs of local enterprises. The topics have been selected as they deal with areas that are challenges all face as they seek to grow.

Cancellation Policy
The UOB-SMU Entrepreneurship Alliance Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of the seminars and workshops at any time, including replacing the speaker who may be scheduled to deliver the seminar and workshop. In the event a fee-paying seminar or workshop is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund, where applicable. The UOB-SMU Entrepreneurship Alliance Centre shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

If written notice is received at least three (3) business days in advance of the seminar and/or workshop, the customer is entitled full refund, where applicable. Failure to provide written notice at least three (3) business days in advance of the seminar obligates the Customer to make payment for the full price of the seminar and/or workshop.

Payment Policy
If you are making payment by cheque, please ensure the cheque reaches seven (7) business days before the event.

Cheque Payment
Please make cheque payable to “Singapore Management University” and indicate at the back of the cheque, “UOB-SMU Entrepreneurship Alliance Talk”, date of the event, as well as your company name and contact number. Receipt will be issued once payment has been collected.

Cash Payment
Cash payment will be made on the day of the seminar, and receipt will be issued.
