We are currently in discussions with Innovators and Enterpreneurs Association (IdEA) and Rotarians for a steady source of mentors for our student entrepreneurs.

SMU BIG also organizes networking sessions involving individuals from our partners and the above organizations. Watch for further announcements on this site.

Mentors (Organizations)

Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO)

Members of EO will provide SMU students with mentorship in the following areas at mutually agreed upon times:

• Business ideas/plans.

• Career guidence and advice.

Students who would like to seek mentorship from any of the members of the Entrepreneurs' Organisation are to submit a formal application to SMU Business Innovations Generator (SMU BIG) for consideration, and thereafter, applications will be filtered to EO.

Upon the completion of the mentorship session, mentees are expected to submit 2 reports:

1. What did the mentee learn from the mentorship session.

2. An “In your eyes” report, which the mentees will pen down their personal views and thoughts of the journey undertaken by the particular EO member who mentored them.

• An informal monthly networking session will be held for SMU students with an EO member. The group size is limited to 10 students per session.

• EO will also facilitate a 3 day entrepreneurship bootcamp for SMU students.
