Prof. Leonard L. Berry is Distinguished Professor of Marketing, and holds the M.B. Zale Chair in Retailing and Marketing Leadership in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He is also Professor of Humanities in Medicine in the College of Medicine at The Texas A&M University System Health Science Center. During the 2001-2002 academic term he served as a Visiting Scientist at Mayo Clinic studying healthcare service. He is the founder of Texas A&M's Center for Retailing Studies and served as its director from 1982 through June 2000. He is a former national president of the American Marketing Association. Dr Loo Choon Yong co-founded the Raffles Medical Group in 1976 and is currently the Executive Chairman of the Group. He is Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Italy and was reappointed as a Nominated Member of Parliament in January 2007. Dr Loo is a director of several companies, including International Medical Insurers Pte Ltd, Raffles Hospital Pte Ltd and Raffles Hospital Properties Pte Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Sentosa Development Corporation Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Singapore Management University (SMU) and the Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC). Dr Loo is also the Chairman of the Asian Medical Foundation Ltd. |

Kumar is the Richard and Susan Lenny Distinguished Chair Professor in Marketing, the Executive Director of the Center for Excellence in Brand and Customer Management, and the Director of the PhD. Program in Marketing at the J. Mack Robinson School of Business, Georgia State University. Prof Kumar's pioneering research on Customer Loyalty and Customer Lifetime Value has received attention worldwide. He also serves as a consultant for leading Fortune 500 corporations. Mr Jonathan Larsen is the Country Head and Citi Country Officer (CCO) for Singapore, and the Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Singapore Ltd. As Country Head and CCO, Mr Larsen manages the Institutional Clients Group, Consumer Banking, Global Cards and Global Wealth Management businesses in Singapore. He assumed this role in September 2008, in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Singapore Ltd. He also leads Global Cards and Consumer Banking product strategy for the ASEAN region. Before joining Citi, Mr Larsen was a Principal in the Financial Services Group of management consultancy firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton. During his eight years with Booz Allen, Mr Larsen advised major financial institutions across Asia, Europe and the United States and was a recipient of the prestigious Booz Allen Professional Excellence Award. Mr Larsen spent the first three years of his career with the National Mutual Group (now part of AXA) in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Larsen holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (First Class) from the University of Melbourne where he was awarded the Enid Derham Prize for 1987. |

Mr Ho Kwon Ping is Executive Chairman of Banyan Tree Holdings, which owns both listed and private companies engaged in the development, ownership and operation of hotels, resorts, spas, residential homes, retail galleries and other lifestyle activities in the region. Mr Ho is also Chairman of Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited, Thai Wah Food Products Public Company Limited, Singapore Management University, MediaCorp Pte Ltd and the Asia-Arab Forum. He is a member of the Asia-Pacific Council of The Nature Conservancy, Asia Regional Advisory Board of London Business School, International Council and East Asia Council of INSEAD, International Council of the Asia Society, and Management Board of the Middle East Institute at the National University of Singapore. Mr Ho previously served as a Director of Singapore Airlines Limited and Air Seychelles Limited. He was also a Director of Standard Chartered PLC for about ten years from 1996, and a Board Member of the Singapore Tourism Board in 2004. Ms Fanny Lai is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) which comprises Jurong BirdPark, Night Safari and Singapore Zoo. Passionate about wildlife conservation, she volunteered as a docent at Singapore Zoo, prior to joining Singapore Zoological Gardens in 2004. A strong advocate that more people can be inspired to take individual responsibility in wildlife conservation, she has spearheaded a strategic plan for the parks to play a greater role in public education, conservation and research. |

Professor Marcus Lee is academic director of the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University and is also the Practice Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. His expertise lies in customer satisfaction measurement, mining of large-scale customer database and predictive analysis for strategic decision making. Professor Lee has consulted in the areas of marketing research, pattern recognition for alternative financial instruments, advertising, and VWOs. Professor Lee has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Joseph L. As the CEO of CFI Group, Ms Teodoru manages offices across 4 continents from its world headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ms Teodoru joined CFI Group in 2000, where she integrated customer satisfaction metrics into client organizations at strategic and tactical levels, and soon became the director of U.S. Government and financial client projects. In 2006, she was appointed Partner. In 2008, she was chosen by the Executive Board of Directors to be the new Worldwide CEO. Ms Teodoru is also on the Board of Directors of Foresee Results, Inc. Ms Teodoru’s 22 years of experience began at the University of Michigan, where she graduated at the top of her class. She completed her MBA, with Honors, at the University of Chicago. Over the next 11 years, Ms Teodoru worked for Kraft Foods, Quaker Oats, and eventually became the head of the Kolkraft Enterprises Marketing department as Director of market analysis, new product research, package development, and advertising. |
