About CSISG

Overview

The Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) is a national barometer of customer satisfaction in the Singapore economy. The index is based on econometric modelling of data obtained from interviews with actual users of products and services.

Scope

The CSISG covered eight core economic sectors, 31 sub-sectors and more than 50 companies from finance, infocommunications, transport & logistics, retail, food & beverage, healthcare, education and tourism sectors in the first year of measure. In subsequent years, the CSISG will be expanded to include more companies.
