About the Organiser
The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) is primed to facilitate industries and companies in their efforts to develop innovative service strategies and raise service standards.
The ISES is supported and guided by its Governing Council, which harnesses the combined expertise and experience of key industry figures, government leaders and academics.
The Governing Council is co-chaired by Ms Jennie Chua, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Group, and Mr Tan Suee Chieh, Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Income. Other Council members include representatives from Singapore Airlines, Alexandra Hospital, ABN Amro Bank, SMU, WDA, SPRING Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board.
By combining the academic rigour of SMU with the industry knowledge of the ISES Governing Council, the ISES is well-positioned to become the think-tank for service excellence in Asia.
