The Chinese Capital Market Research Centre (CCMRC)@SMU is a centre  aimed at understanding and analysing the capital market development in China . 

CCMRC  Centre will collaborate closely with its counterpart in XMU, the Wangyanan Institute of Studies in Economics (WISE). The research work of the Centre will cover various aspects of the Chinese capital market, including the stock market, the bond market, the private equity market and other structured product markets.  The research output will be targeted primarily at serving the needs of financial institutions, government and corporate entities in China and Southeast Asia but will also be relevant for those outside the region.
