Robert Michael Tomlin has been a Trustee since 2005. He has been Vice- Chairman, Asia of UBS Investment Bank, Singapore ("UBS") since September 2003. Mr Tomlin has been with UBS since March 2000 where he has held the positions of Managing Director, Corporate Finance and subsequently, Branch Manager and Country Head. Prior to joining UBS, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Dane Court Pte Ltd, an investment advisory firm. For thirty years he worked with the London based Schroder Group, in London , New York and Singapore .

Mr Tomlin has served as a member of the Council of the Stock Exchange of Singapore, Chairman of the Merchant Bankers Association, director of PSA Corporation, of Old Parliament House Ltd,and  Chairman of SGX listed Yellow Pages (Singapore) Ltd. Currently he serves on the boards of SGX listed Olam International Ltd,  and Mediacorp Pte Ltd. He is presently Chairman of the Singapore Repertory Theatre, director of Lasalle Foundation Ltd, of Design Singapore Council, and member of the Governing Board of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory at NUS. He sits on the Advisory Committee of Catalist,the Singapore Second Board,and the International Advisory Panel of the Labuan Offshore Finance Authority, in Malaysia .

Mr Tomlin obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from Downing College , Cambridge in 1966 and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University in 1973.
