Your student access card will be deactivated upon graduation.  As an Alumni, you can apply for the SMU Alumni Association (SMUAA) Gold membership to continue enjoying the use of the City Campus facilities.  An SMU Access Card will be issued to SMUAA Gold members for access to selected facilities at the city campus.

Members are requested to submit a photograph with a white background in jpeg format, dimensions measuring 3cm by 4cm and resolution of 300dpi, to be printed on the access card. Visit www.smuaa.org.sg for more information.

Replacement of SMU Access Card - for SMUAA Gold Members only

If your SMU Access Card is lost or damaged*, you can apply for a replacement card by completing the Card Replacement Form . There will be a charge of S$35 for a replacement card.

*Please note that you are liable and accountable for any misuse of your card prior to you informing us of your lost card.
