Following the online poll, the Western menu was chosen by a majority of 65%. Choice of main course:
“Live” Malabar Snapper Fillet, Roasted Garden Vegetables with Mushroom Ravioli, White Wine Foam

Oven Roasted Supreme of Chicken Stuffed With Buffalo Mozzarella, Wilted Rocket Leaves and Creamy Polenta
The Graduates' Night Committee welcomes your preference and dietary request (e.g. Halal or vegetarian) via email at gradnite@smu.edu.sg. Please quote your name and table number for our reference.
The default menu will be Oven Roasted Chicken unless indicated via email.
Note: Kindly please be ensured that your previously stated Halal and Vegetarian preferences during ticket purchase will not be affected by the poll result.
Alcoholic Beverages
Free corkage is provided to those who want to make merry and drink to their hearts' content. However, please note that all alcoholic beverages (liquor or wine) will have to be duty-stamped, i.e. DFS items are not allowed.
Mixers (or soft drinks) will be provided by the glass.
Free flow of mixers during the night:
- Tonic
- Soda water
- Soft drink (choice of: pepsi, diet pepsi, F&N Orange and 7UP)
- Iced Water
Other mixers besides the above choices can be purchased personally from Fullerton Hotel during the night.
