Ticketing Information

1. Guests will be seated on a Table of 10.
   
   
2. Each guest can make online booking for a maximum of 30 tickets at a time.
   


3. Group discount is extended for purchase of 4 tickets and above.
   ie. Book 4 or more tickets and pay only $70 per ticket.
   


4. Names of all dinner attendees must be entered on the online ticketing form.
   


5. Table will be allocated on a first-come, first serve basis. So the earlier you book, the better tables will be allocated to you. The Organiser reverses the right to make the final table allocation.



6. If you cannot form a full table, the Organiser will assist in matching you with other similar guests.



7. To facilitate the allocation of tables, please make payments before 20 July 2007 .



8. If you wish to combine tables with friends who have also made bookings, please email your request to gradnite@smu.edu.sg and indicate the Confirmation Numbers found on the top right hand corner of the Tickets Booking Confirmation Email. After 20 July 2006, please make private arrangement with the other attendees if you wish to swap seats.



9. The menu served for the event will be based on majority's preference.



10. Tickets sold are non-refundable.
