何廉凤女士（已故新加坡大使何日华先生之妻）慷慨的在新加坡管理大学（新大）设立了《廉凤讲座》系列。讲座旨意以开阔学生和大众的视野，开启年轻人文化艺术的潜能。讲座将着重于日常之事，而非偏向学术和哲学。

《廉凤讲座》通过演讲会、讨论会、展演等各种不同的方式促进大众对文化艺术的了解和赏识。受邀的主讲者皆为海内外知名人士。因文化的多样化，讲座可使用英语、中文或其他语言进行。

前受邀的主讲者包括著名考古学家徐苹芳教授（北京大学），樊锦诗教授（中国敦煌研究院），中国著名作家白桦先生和新加坡土生华人协会副主席黄万庆先生。

Mrs Ho Lien Fung established the Lien Fung's Colloquium at Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2001. The Colloquium enhances public understanding and appreciation of culture and society through lectures, talks and other events, with a particular focus on everyday life, while not being dominated by academic or philosophical topics. She hopes that the colloquium will inspire and satisfy students' as well as the community's quest for a broader knowledge.

Also known as (“Lien Fung Jiang Zuo”) in Chinese, the colloquium will feature well-known and thought-provoking speakers from the region and internationally. Acknowledging the diversity of cultures, the lectures will be delivered in the speaker's primary language.

Past guest speakers include Mr Peter Wee (The Peranakan Association, Singapore), Professor Xu Ping Fang (Eminent Archaeologist and Adjunct Professor from the Department of Archaeology, Beijing University), Professor Fan Qinshi (President, Dunhuang Research Institute of Cultural Artifacts, China) and Mr Bai Hua (China's Leading Writer).
