A one-stop integrated Technology Help Center provides support to faculty, staff and students' requests related to network, email, administrative systems, research, teaching and learning, IT equipment, telephony, SMU licensed software installation and event hosting.

Front desk engineer will perform the 1st level diagnostic and enquiries, and will escalate to second level support when necessary.
