Before you proceed, ensure:

1. VPN client has already been successfully installed
   
2. Your Internet connection is established before using VPN.
   
   
   
1. Click on Start> All Programs>SMU VPN Client >VPN Client.
   
   
   
2. The menu below will appear. Next click Connect.
   
   
   
3. Key in your username and password as shown:-
   
   
   
4. You will be prompted "Welcome to SMU VPN" as shown, click Continue and proceed to use the resources in SMU intranet.
   
   
   
5. Once you are able to see the VPN client icon on the bottom right of the screen, the VPN is successfully established.
