The technology needs of all SMU faculty, staff and students are served through a one-stop integrated helpdesk. Different support options are available:
- Any faculty, staff or student can walk in, phone or email their requests for network configurations, software installations or troubleshooting computing problems
- Requests for other services related to teaching and learning, research and event hosting will be redirected to the relevant personnel
- Additional computing support like bulk purchase, maintenance, upgrade and disposal of computing and telephony resources is also available.
