For the past 20 years, Don Ferrin, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources at the SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business, has focused his research career specifically on the topic of trust, aiming to understand the determinants and impact of trust in interpersonal and organisational dynamics. In this podcast, he shares his insights into how trust can be built, measured and repaired, and how research findings can help organisational leaders build an environment of trust.

In this podcast, we speak with SMU's Assistant Professor of Asian Studies Hoon Chang Yau who has been a scholar of the Chinese diaspora and had long sought to understand the enigma that the Chinese in Indonesia were caught in. His research work looks into identity and minority issues such as identity and cultural politics, ethnic and racial studies, and multi-cultural education and religion in contemporary Indonesia.
